Job Title: Field Service Technician

NCR Atleos is seeking a skilled individual to fill this critical role. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), networking equipment, and other products.

  • Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and Self-Serve Checkout machines.
  • Manage and organize parts inventory.
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs.
  • Work autonomously in the field and office to resolve customer issues.
  • Travel as required, including interstate travel, and handle tools and parts weighing 1-20kg.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in PC hardware and software repair.
  • Preferred: Experience in electro-mechanical device repair, ATM and Self-Serve Checkout repairs, and network experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with electromechanical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • PR or Citizenship.
  • High attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Passion for new technology.
  • Willingness to travel and complete service calls.
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate professionally.
