Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a mental health professional, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality care to consumers with transition from hospital into the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Ongoing Support: Deliver compassionate, ongoing care to consumers who require assistance during their transition from hospital to community living.
  • Consultation and Treatment: Provide consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up of adults and their families within the community.
  • Support Services: Support consumers with medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, organizing of psychiatry reviews, and liaising with support services.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health or Djirruwang Program).
  • Eligibility and Travel: Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate and the willingness to travel in the course of employment.
