**Digital Pathology Project Admin Officer**: We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in the Shared Pathology Laboratory Information System Project.

This position involves close collaboration with project teams and requires high-level administrative support for all project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, KRONOS management, scheduling meetings, minute taking, ordering stationery and equipment, contract management, leave administration, and personnel-related tasks to ensure the efficient execution of the program.

  • Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines is crucial for this role
  • Dealing with confidential matters professionally and efficiently is essential
  • Working effectively under pressure and adapting to changing situations is required
  • Managing complex tasks and multiple priorities is vital
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including preparing reports and interacting with diverse stakeholders, are necessary
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various levels of the organization are also required
