Key Customer Service Representative

About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive customer service professional to own and drive our customer service function.
This role requires delivering exceptional customer service across all internal and external channels. Your drive, initiative, and customer-centric focus will support business growth as we expand our operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include promptly notifying team members and stakeholders of supply issues or changes, and being responsible for processing customer orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
- Intermediate level computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of the food industry (ideally)
- Experience in Ostendo (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate across different levels within the organization
- Well-presented and professional approach
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure
