We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Consultant Lead to join our team at Collaborative Solutions, LLC. As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday HCM solutions for our clients. About the Position
In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and deploy customized Workday HCM solutions. Your responsibilities will include executing daily activities, such as staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and small enhancements. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct sessions with customers, and identify strategies, risks, and options for meeting client requirements.
