Job Description

As an EL2 Program Director, you will lead transformative change in the disability sector by influencing policies, systems, and practices to achieve positive outcomes for First Nations communities throughout Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the facilitation of culturally safe environments for First Nations peoples;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with First Nations communities, government agencies, and stakeholders;
  • Identifying and driving business improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and performance of outcomes for First Nations peoples;
  • Leading teams to deliver high-quality projects and policy initiatives;

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $145,000 - $165,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role can be performed nationally, allowing you to work from anywhere within Australia.
