About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Case Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health issues, with a focus on delivering a stepped care approach to mental health therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to clients in their homes or community settings, as well as facilitating group programs and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify safety, support, and recovery plans as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote mental health services and resources.
- Diploma or degree in Mental Health, Community Services, Counselling, or Social Work.
- 1-2 years' experience in a mental health-related service, with a focus on case management and support.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of working with vulnerable, disadvantaged, and complex needs clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with databases.
- National Police Certificate and WA Driver's Licence required.
- Regional zone allowance included in annual salary.
- Accommodation support of $300 per week for 12 weeks.
