About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Manager to join our team at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes and providing guidance, training, and leadership to Client Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on operational policies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to manage workloads and key priorities.
  • Lead teams in service innovation and implement change management initiatives.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a housing or social services context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
