About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Meeting and Events Executive to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Meetings and Events department, ensuring seamless execution of events and conferences.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Meetings and Events department
  • Assisting with sales inquiries to maximize revenue opportunities and profitability
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and liaison with clients before, during, and after events
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A background in administrative conferencing, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience with Opera highly desirable
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
