Healthscope is on the lookout for a motivated Exercise Physiologist who possesses a keen attention to detail to become part of our dynamic multi-disciplinary Allied Health Department. This role involves working on designated days in our Outpatient Rehabilitation Program, where you will have the opportunity to operate both autonomously and collaboratively in facilitating group sessions. The groups you will engage with include Cardiac, Pulmonary, Orthopaedic, Reconditioning, and Falls/Balance sessions.

Healthscope operates a comprehensive acute private hospital with advanced medical services. Our facility provides a range of specialised services, including an emergency department, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and general surgical procedures. These services are complemented by a well-equipped intensive care unit and multiple operating theatres.

Key Requirements:

· Accreditation as an Australian Exercise Physiologist through Exercise and Sports Science Australia

· Ability to adapt to varying caseloads

· Experience in conducting educational sessions for patients

· Previous background in facilitating group sessions

· Eagerness to learn and integrate into a service that values commitment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Availability for specified working hours

· Immediate availability preferred

· Exceptional attention to detail in documentation

· Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
