About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Frontline Recruitment as our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in training, mentoring and developing junior chefs. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience at a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level within a busy A la Carte venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all kitchen operations are adhered to, staff motivation, financials, suppliers and menu development as well as service.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
  • Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets
  • Enthusiasm and drive to exceed guest expectations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $120,000 per annum plus superannuation benefits.
