About the Role

The YMCA Geelong is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gymnastics Coach. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our members, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coaching sessions to members of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement coaching programs that promote participation and engagement
  • Provide feedback and guidance to members to help them improve their skills
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Previous coaching experience in gymnastics or a related sport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the YMCA Geelong's values and mission
