Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. If you have a passion for food presentation, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and supervise daily restaurant operations.
  • Collaborate with management and staff for smooth operation.
  • Ensure food quality, service, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor stock, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee financial transactions and support budgeting/reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least one year experience as a restaurant manager or equivalent senior role.
  • Relevant qualification in hospitality or related field.
  • Creativity, passion for food, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
