We are seeking energetic and service-driven individuals to join our team as Front of House Casuals at Strike Fremantle. If you possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and are driven by fun, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

As a Front of House Casual, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences through your energy and top-tier service mindset. You will drive sales on every shift by upselling, building product knowledge, and engaging with guests proactively. Your role will involve understanding daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed, and taking pride in your venue by ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
