Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a qualified Parkland Manager to join our team in the Dandenong Valley Parkland and Wattle Park area of Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
">As a Parkland Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of park management services across the region. This includes track, assets and vegetation maintenance, road and carpark maintenance, and visitor services.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land, asset, resources and facilities management, with practical skills and experience in the maintenance and operation of small power equipment and tools.
">Additionally, we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as relevant level of knowledge of regulations and compliance procedures.
">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality park management services and working in a collaborative team environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Deliver a range of park management services across the Dandenong Valley Parkland and Wattle Park area of Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
">Develop and implement effective strategies for track, assets and vegetation maintenance, road and carpark maintenance, and visitor services.
">Work collaboratively with the Ranger Team Leader and other stakeholders to achieve park management goals.
">Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
">Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating Parks Victoria's organisational commitments.
">Requirements:
">Awarded Authorised Officer (AO) accreditation or willingness to obtain AO training.
">Practical skills and experience in the maintenance and operation of small power equipment and tools.
">Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
">Relevant level of knowledge of regulations and compliance procedures.
