We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team at Bupa Dental Werribee. As a key member of our dental support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing a high level of support and care
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle payments and maintain a secure and organized financial system
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients
- Free all-day parking for our staff
