Job Title: Inclusive Education Coordinator

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families, fostering an inclusive education environment that prioritizes personalized learning and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will lead the school's operational and strategic approach to Inclusive Education, acting under the direction of Head of Campus. They will be responsible for fostering an environment that prioritizes the learning and wellbeing of all students.

This position is integral to the school's operational approach to young people's education and wellbeing, ensuring a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

We are seeking a senior leader with strong organizational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills, particularly in relation to areas outlined in this position. The ideal candidate will have appropriate qualifications in social work, psychology or other relevant fields, and relevant professional experience, preferably in a flexible school's environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the school's operational and strategic approach to Inclusive Education.
  • To foster an environment that prioritizes the learning and wellbeing of all students.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive education practices.
  • To collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide high-quality educational programs.
