We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our dynamic team at Caleb & Brown. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth objectives
- Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
- Manage the performance management process, including quarterly reviews
You will also be responsible for supporting leadership in setting and achieving company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices, and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Desirable Skills and Experience- Proven HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or financial services environment
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices
