We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Partner.
This role involves delivering in-home support services to enable our customers to live independently, safely and with dignity, within their own homes and communities.
- Support at Home: assisting with daily living activities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and personal care.
- Transportation: providing transportation to appointments, shopping and social events.
- Personal Care: experienced staff assist customers with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime and medication prompting.
- Client Relationships: building strong relationships with customers and their families, conducting regular observations and providing ongoing support and training.
- Health and Safety: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work varied rosters between Monday and Friday.
- Previous experience in personal care or relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
