Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forensic Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in forensic engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.

The role involves inspecting and reporting on building-related matters, including preparing causation reports on defects and damages to buildings and associated structures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting buildings and structures to identify defects and damages.
  • Preparing detailed reports on findings, including causation reports.
  • Providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound technical knowledge of forensic engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably structural engineering).
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or National Engineering Register (NER) qualified.
