Job Title: Seasonal Service Team Member Part Time Langford

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and approachable team member to join our seasonal service team.

As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers navigate the store and locate products, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in finding products and solutions, using your product knowledge and expertise to make recommendations.
  • Execute cash handling tasks to the highest standards, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Engage with customers about our rewards program and private label credit cards, promoting their benefits and facilitating enrollments.
  • Support omnichannel processes, including buy online pickup in-store (BOPIS) and ship from store (SFS), to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, planogram maintenance, and merchandise recovery, ensuring stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Perform store optimization tasks, including AD set duties, to drive sales growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, moving around the store as needed.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching to fulfill job requirements.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
