Kirra Services is seeking a highly skilled UI Expert Lead to drive the program's end-to-end delivery and attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalise FSDs/Interface documents.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Tech Leads/Business stakeholders for requirement gathering/reviews and signoffs, liaising with the offshore team and SMEs during project delivery phase. Additionally, they will meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in leading, guiding, and coaching a small team.
  • Expertise in designing and developing UI applications.
  • At least 9 years of experience in UI design and development.
  • Proficiency in creating Node JS APIs for front-end integration.
  • Ability to translate graphic visual and interactive designs into the presentation layer for highly interactive web and mobile applications using responsive design and development techniques.
  • Hands-on coding skills to develop and integrate application user interfaces.
  • Proactive approach to remediation of software issues related to code quality, security, and/or patterns/frameworks.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of developers with a focus on quality and best practice coding standards.
  • Banking project experience is essential.
