Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and market segments for business expansion, leveraging your expertise in market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Develop Strategies to Penetrate New Markets and Industries: Utilize your knowledge of sales principles and negotiation techniques to develop effective strategies for entering new markets and industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Drive Sales Initiatives to Meet and Exceed Revenue Targets: Develop sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively, continuously monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
