- Drive Sales Initiatives to Meet and Exceed Revenue Targets: Develop sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively, continuously monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

- Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
