About Disability Support

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate support workers to assist participants in achieving their life goals and teach new skills.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality services and safeguards to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society. You will also build and assist participants to achieve their goals and become independent so they can live a happy life.

A day in your life as a Disability Support Worker may see you supporting our participants with domestic and personal care, transportation assistance, medication management, building on individual strengths, enabling individuals to reach their goals, community participation, and group centre activities.

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have current Police Check, current driver's licence, car, registration and insurance, relevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support, two relevant professional reference checks, willingness to provide or obtain Victorian Working with Children's Check and NDIS worker screening check, first aid and CPR certificate, NDIS Orientation Module, NDIS Infection Control Module, and NDIS Screening Check.
