We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our mental health program. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse age spectrum and make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Intake, assessment, and care planning
- Therapeutic interventions and treatment coordination
- Case management and discharge planning
- Group work tailored to both individual needs and community health goals
Our focus is on providing timely and straightforward support that addresses both mental health and AOD needs in a way that's compassionate and client-centered.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone with clinical expertise across ages: experience supporting mental health and AOD needs for children, adolescents, and adults. You should also have exceptional communication and empathy, ability to connect meaningfully with clients and build trust across diverse backgrounds. Adaptability and resilience are key, as you'll be comfortable managing complex cases in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

The position requires a current National Police Check, a current Working with Children Check, a current Victorian Driver's License, and an NDIS Worker Screening check.
