We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. The successful candidate will be a motivated and compassionate doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
- The position involves working in a well-established family practice that provides comprehensive patient-centred care.
- The practice has a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, with a dedicated Practice Manager, Nurses, and Administrative Staff working together to provide a welcoming environment for patients and learners.
As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing clinical health services to patients, including inspecting and updating patient charts, diagnosing common ailments, administering medication, prescribing treatment, and collecting samples for testing.
- You will also be required to provide after-hours services as rostered, anticipate and respond to patients' wellness-related questions and concerns, and provide mental health consultations, chronic disease management, and preventative health consultations.
The ideal candidate will be a Fellowed General Practitioner with current AHPRA registration, and a commitment to maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD), attending medical conferences, and participating in webinars provided by medical professionals.
