Job Description

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a driven and results-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This role provides critical operational exposure across the business, with opportunities to develop and grow your career in a dynamic retail environment.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building a culture that is centered around people development and creating excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Creating team succession plans and delivering regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve their skills.
  • Elevating your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to drive revenue growth.
