Exceptional care specialists are sought after to join our team in providing premium home care services. The role requires supporting individuals in their daily activities, ensuring comfort and well-being within their homes.

About the Position

This position entails travel to clients' homes using a personal vehicle for which you'll be compensated at $0.99 per km plus paid time. You will provide essential support to help older people maintain independence in their homes and enhance their quality of life.

  • Providing personal assistance - helping with showering and dressing
  • Assisting with household tasks - meal preparation and light cleaning
  • Offering transportation to appointments and aiding with shopping
  • Supporting medication management
About You
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and are patient and resourceful.
  • You may have prior experience in aged or community care or are eager to begin your career in aged care.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum third-party property insurance)
  • Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If not currently qualified, we can assist you in obtaining this certification.
  • You'll demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of home care clients.

Candidates proficient in Italian, Arabic, Spanish, or Mandarin are highly encouraged to apply.
