Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Director to join our team and take on the challenge of leading our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that support our business goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect our company data and assets.
  • Communication: Provide regular reports to our leadership team and stakeholders on IT performance and progress.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices, as well as experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
  • Leadership: Proven project management skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
