Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Parramatta. This is a 6-month temp assignment with potential to extend.

About the Role:

  • Act as the face of the business, providing exceptional frontline service and support from reception, regional services, visitor management, meeting room administration and general office support.
  • Meet and greet visitors, delivering high-level professional frontline customer service.
  • Triage telephone calls, answering enquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolution of customer complaints, escalating when required.
  • Manage and maintain mail distribution including courier bookings/deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms including arranging equipment, catering and overall presentation.
  • Order stationery and maintain office equipment.
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage visitor and security access including inductions.
  • Maintenance of registers.
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support services.
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure a clean, tidy and presentable work environment.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year Corporate Reception experience.
  • Warm, welcoming and professional demeanor with immaculate presentation.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Takes initiative, with a strong team and task focus.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Capacity to spend prolonged periods of time standing and manual tasks.
  • Driver's license.
  • Willingsness to undergo a National Police Check.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt.
