Logistics Coordinator

The logistics coordinator role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless movement of products through our supply chain.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our brand-new automated distribution centre (ADC) in Kemps Creek, New South Wales.

The ADC represents the future of logistics, with cutting-edge technology and innovative design. Our new facility will deliver exceptional service level fulfilment to stores, relying on streamlined operational delivery.

As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for executing operational start-up requirements and ongoing tasks across all functions to ensure the smooth running of our ADC.

Main duties include:

  • Providing administrative support for day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring process control of an area within ADC to guarantee smooth operation
  • Supporting the review, improvement, and maintenance of operational activities
  • Interpreting and disseminating data to relevant internal and external teams
  • Offering service support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing hands-on support for area managers and operators working in the area
  • Ensuring all work carried out adheres to quality, compliance, safety, and cost requirements
