Senior Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned property management professional to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, maintaining exceptional standards of service and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the property management team, coordinating tasks effectively to drive results.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and property owners, fostering clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Address tenant requests and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and scheduled plans in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to property regulations and conduct regular audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Achieve financial objectives by overseeing rent collection, expense management, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to strategically grow and improve the department.
  • Develop and execute leasing campaigns to minimize vacancy through competitive advertising and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in property management with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Ideal candidate holds a Class 2 Licence.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Proficient in property management software and tools, including Google Suite and PropertyMe.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.

Compensation: This senior role offers a highly competitive salary package, up to $120,000 + super, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
