We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at McLean Care Ltd, a well-respected provider of high-quality Community, Retirement, and Aged Care Lifestyle services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to our Residents, adhering to our organisation's policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 12 months of work experience in Aged Care.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
- Thorough understanding of accreditation standards applicable to our organisation.
- High level of analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Mature and empathetic outlook, with effective communication and engagement skills for older individuals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal.
- Strong commitment to embracing and modeling our organisation's core values.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of aged care and associated legislation.
- Familiarity with AN-ACC Care Minute requirements.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading staff.
- Basic Life Support accreditation.
