Program Manager for Early Childhood Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Manager to support our growing team in Bacchus Marsh.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate programs using your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Utilize prior leadership experience to mentor Educators, ensuring high standards of curriculum and documentation are met.
  • Engage children through activities and experiences tailored to age groups and stages of development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various early years theories, acknowledging that no single approach fits all.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the image of child concept, providing support to educators in this area.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, embracing diverse views, receptive to feedback, and reflecting on best practices.
  • Be flexible with routines and capable of supporting multiple rooms requiring assistance.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
  • Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
