Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development applications, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.
  • Draft development applications, submissions, proposals and advice for clients.
  • Respond quickly and communicate in a clear, concise and transparent manner to internal and external clients.
  • Provide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projects.
  • Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Some experience in statutory or strategic planning desirable, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment.
  • Demonstrates a developing appreciation and understanding of statutory planning frameworks, controls and processes.
