Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and making calls to ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing top-notch support to clients through various channels, including phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Managing client orders and follow-ups to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and correspondence

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who embodies a positive attitude, a 'can-do' mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

This is a part-time role (minimum 6 hours per day) with opportunities for growth into a full-time position as the company evolves.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
