About the RoleThis role requires someone with experience as a generalist partner in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will need to navigate complex processes, understand and apply HR legislation to policies and procedures in different countries.
You will work closely with local and international managers and employees to support tactical HR operations, processes, and policies. This includes managing and maintaining our HR information system and documents, partnering with communications to educate people policies and practices, and collaborating with other teams to ensure the right decisions are made navigating global requirements and local regulations.
- Partner with employees and managers to support complex processes, queries, and navigate these with discretion and expertise.
- Manage and maintain our HR information system and documents.
- Collaborate with HR operations and technology, legal, and other Centers of Excellence functions.
- Proactively build out operations processes to reduce key man dependency across operations.
