Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical BA to ensure the successful support and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O solution.
The role adds value by providing Business Analysis and Problem Solving to technical issues that arise in the integration between F&O and CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application (& CRM is optional)
- Work with team members and Business Analysts to define use cases and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support data migration efforts where required to maintain data integrity across all operational systems
- Implement and maintain access controls based on roles and access conditions.
- Design custom entities and attributes tailored to individual business units' processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Apply and customise F&O system configuration and reference data management
- Develop custom workflows and actions. Participate in the DevOps, Agile-Scrum process by assisting with use case development, estimating, and completing assigned stories.
- Support the seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other applications including Finance and Operations
- Translate requirements into potential ways to solve, collaborating with developers on the optimum solution factoring in time, effort and quality. Apply experience and skills in Dynamics 365 F&O to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for implementation.
- Participate in the validation process to ensure the output meets the criteria outlined by the business
- Preparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter experts
