About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient-Centered Care: Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Safety First: Prioritize patient and staff safety, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Guide and supervise nursing team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Patient Education: Empower patients with knowledge and support to facilitate their recovery and overall well-being.
- Clinical Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to the role, with a strong foundation in theatre nursing.
- Current Registration: Hold a valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

- Clinical Competence: Exhibit sound clinical decision-making skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
