About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Carer Support Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be working closely with carers who require support in managing their daily challenges.

  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to empower carers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure carers receive the necessary support.
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with care coordination and program activities.
Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Community Services, Youth, Health, Welfare or Social Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the complex challenges faced by carers.
  • The ability to empower carers to make decisions independently.
  • High level computer skills, including client management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A current NSW Driver's License.
