Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Practice. The successful candidate will develop offerings, diagnostics, strategies, roadmaps, and business solutions for GRC initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GRC industry experience and domain knowledge in GRC technology. They will also have experience in delivering transformation/uplift across various GRC components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead consulting engagements by realizing benefits and meeting agreed timelines, budgetary, and quality measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to identify, sell, and deliver consulting engagements dealing with GRC and/or strategic transformation.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through recruitment, mentoring, training, Intellectual Property generation, and networking extensively with industry experts and forums.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in a governance, risk, and/or compliance (GRC) role within a professional service consulting environment, corporate environment, or both.
  • Technology risk domain experience in the industry or from another IT consulting organization.
  • Experience leading the construction of deals and leading a team to deliver solutions.
  • A client and industry network to build your own internal client base and portfolio.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our salary range reflects the cost of living in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as the level of expertise required for this role.
