Therapy Clinician

A clinical supervisor role is available for a behaviour support practitioner to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants.

• Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
• Utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.

• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, or nursing.
• Registration with AHPRA, SPA, or AASW.
• Deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
