We are currently seeking experienced meat workers with knife-hand skills, including boning, trimming, and skinning, for a game meat processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat processing and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a cold room environment, maintaining a temperature of 7 degrees Celsius.
- Process game meats, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Pass an oral drug test and hold current QFEVER certification or be willing to obtain it.
- Be physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Hold full working rights in Australia and be committed to a Monday-to-Friday roster for casual work.
