Grader Operator

This role is focused on operating graders to ensure optimal road construction and maintenance outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• A current NSW Class C Driver's Licence, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Extensive experience in operating graders, allowing for efficient and effective operation.
• A General Construction Induction Card (White Card), demonstrating a commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, promoting collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of road construction and maintenance principles, enabling informed decision-making.
• Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge of plant, facilitating routine upkeep and repair.
• Experience with small plant used in construction, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including manual handling and lifting.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, supporting effective documentation and record-keeping.
