Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services
  • Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers through job completion
  • Record notes and file service records appropriately for high-level customer service

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and customer service skills
