We are seeking a motivated and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a Casual Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging swimming lessons to students of all ages.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering effective swimming lessons that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Communicating clearly and demonstrating various swimming techniques to ensure student understanding and safety.
• Providing constructive feedback to support students in improving their skills and building confidence in the water.
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification from a reputable organisation such as Austswim, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia.
• A current Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) Certificate.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching styles.
