About the Role
  • Assist the National Development Head Coach in leading and delivering high-performance tennis programs in Victoria.
  • Communicate, educate, integrate, and support athletes and coaches to develop young talent.
  • Work with the Talent and Performance team to identify and develop junior and senior Grand Slam competitors.

This role requires strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as experience coaching elite national or international tennis athletes.

About You
  • Hold high-performance coaching qualifications or be willing to attain them.
  • Have a proven track record in developing and implementing high-performance tennis programs.
  • Possess extensive experience coaching tennis at an elite level.
  • Exhibit highly developed leadership skills and a successful track record.
