About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused individual to join our team as a lifeguard at our facility. As a lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular pool operations and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Monitor and respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with patrons of all ages and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with the pool operations team to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- Blue Card: National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded.
