Your Role
As a Carer at Bupa St Ives, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encouraging socialization and engagement among residents through various activities and programs

Requirements
To be considered for this rewarding role, you will need to possess:
  • A minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in aged care (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
