Highway Fuel Transport Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and transporting fuel products to a wide range of customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Performing pre-loading tasks, including checking vehicle and equipment readiness for efficient transportation.
  • Conducting daily checks on vehicles and equipment to guarantee their operational safety and efficiency.
  • Managing fatigue levels through accurate log book duties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
  • Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Holding a valid MC Licence and possessing experience in operating an MC vehicle.
  • Dangerous Goods handling certification.
  • Fuel industry knowledge is beneficial but not required.
  • Special Licenses Permit considered advantageous.
  • BFM Statement of Attainment and Commercial Driver Medical Fitness Certificate.
  • A clean driving record and commitment to a safe working environment.
  • Strong dedication to achieving high standards of safety.
  • Excellent customer service and friendly communication skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Rotating roster - 13 days work over 3 weeks, including one Sunday night shift.
  • Rotating roster (no Sundays) - 12 days work over 3 weeks.
